At the end of last year, Jerry Lorenzo took to social media to announce that he was switching alliance from Nike to adidas. Described by both parties as a "long-term partnership", he will be developing the German giant's basketball division, as well as establishing the Fear of God Athletics line. While we haven't heard much of anything since then, the American fashion designer has now landed at adidas Portland Oregon HQ rocking the upcoming Fear Of God Slip-On, and it's giving Kanye West's Yeezy Foam RNNR a run for its money.
Seen here rocking a bright yellow Trefoil windbreaker jacket and a set of cream basics that mimic his ESSENTIALS line. On his feet, is a pair of of foam sliders that are minimal as they come.
Crafted from a one-piece EVA foam construction, the open slowly but surely slopes down the heel for a convenient slip-in and slip-out experience. Painted in a light cream, it's very subtly accented by a single black stripe along the medial sidewall that seems to have some sort of branding on it.
