After releasing a range of stealthy silhouettes and military-inspired goods so far this season, Maharishi is set to continue on strong with its FW21 offerings. This latest drop showcases a range of outdoor-inspired garments that boast exceptional form and function.
This latest capsule harnesses Maharishi's “respect nature, utilise technology” ethos and looks to the natural world for inspiration. For instance, a range of drab and earthy tones including shades of brown, green and beige are employed across the looks to give them a sense of natural camouflage.
As is tradition with Maharishi's garments, a range of quality and functional materials are used to ensure only the finest outcome. An example of this would be vegetable-dyed micro-ripstop nylon which is constructed using waste yarn and features quick-drying properties. This rare material is constructed at the Japanese heritage mill Komatsu. Continuing on with the eco-friendly solutions, Maharishi opts to use consumer recycled materials as well as a synthetic fill for its new sherpa fleece.
The full collection is available now at Maharishi's website, so don't wait around! In other news, the outdoor-ready Jil Sander+ x Arc'teryx collaboration is finally here.
