Having seen a plethora of colours, materials and designs, we naively assumed Nike's Air Force 1 Shadow could see no more iterations. However, images of the Nike Air Force 1 Shadow "Bright Side" have emerged, trumping everything we thought about this women's-exclusive design.
Despite the Swoosh Brand taking a backpedal on their chunky Dunk Disrupt design, it appears that the double-stacked Air Force 1 Shadow is going nowhere. Dressed with cord panelling in a cacophony of neutral, earthy hues, this is the perfect transitional sneaker as we make our way out of winter, into spring.
Aptly named "Bright Side", this AF-1 Shadow sees tones of peach, lemon yellow, orange and muted brown take over the upper, with all the overlays coming in corduroy. Even the AIR branding tab on the heel sits on top of the crisp-white midsole in this textured fabric. Underneath, you can peep a beige suede on the mid-panel and perforated toe box, whilst a rust-orange suede wraps around the toe to the medial sidewall. The tongue also comes in a soft cord material, with artsy floral detailing dressing the usual place of the Nike Swoosh. That being said, thanks to the double Swoosh on the sidewalls and the italic Nike branding on the heel tab, there's no doubting who made this comforting sneaker.
A final detail includes 'On the Bright Side' printed in a cute font on the insole of this AF1.
We're not yet sure when the Nike Air Force 1 Shadow "Bright Side" will be available for purchase, but keep it locked in to be the first to know. In other news, why not check out the Nike Air Force 1 "Enamel Green"?
