Boston footwear giant New Balance has rolled out countless collaborations over the past couple of months, notably with its long-term partners like Teddy Santis and Joe Freshgoods. On that note, numerous first-time renditions have also surfaced—one that is still in the works is the Stone Island x New Balance Tokyo Design Studio.
Following the official announcement cited by Stone Island via their Instagram channel back in July, we've now got new images from the collab between the renowned Italian label and New Balance's Japan-based creative studio.

While the exact forefront model of the co-branded project is still obscure, it's clear to see from these images that the anticipated offering will kick things off with a pair of sneakers. A set of red and cream shoelaces will assist the design, alongside branding motifs marked in New Balance's traditional greyscale palette. Whatever this may be, we have no doubts lovers of both parties have their eyes locked in for the launch date.
