The Air Force 1 has always been a canvas for customisation, whether that’s through third-party customs or Nike’s own designs, and it’s nice to see such a classic silhouette constantly evolve this way. This newest Grade School-sized iteration is no different and sees the iconic sneaker take on a couple of fun twists. The Nike Air Force 1 GS “Muted Green” is set to come with iridescent Swooshes, so let’s take a closer look.
Starting off with tumbled white leather quarters that nod to the classic AF1, the “Muted Green” AF1 GS then gives way to pastel yellow panels that dress the sidewalls and toe box, adding a super-cute pop of colour to the spring-ready pair.
Elsewhere, the colour pops continue to dress the “Muted Green” GS Air Force 1s in a series of pastel shades. The sock liner and dubraes take on a pretty pink hue, whilst a muted sage green dresses the tongue tabs, laces and rubber outsole. A similar shade also dresses the shoe’s classic Nike Swoosh and heel tab, although if you look super closely, you’ll see that it’s been given an iridescent effect to show a wider range of greens. The AF1 Low GS “Muted Green” comes finished with a speckled Grind Rubber midsole for a super-cute finishing touch.
