The Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT saw a bit of a resurgence late last year, with a handful of cute colourways hitting the shelves. Now, the silhouette looks to be getting the neutral treatment, with the muted Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT “Fossil Stone” set to drop soon. “Fossil’ hues seem to be a big hitter at Nike right now, with the sought-after “Fossil Rose’ Dunks having dropped recently too. The shade looks right at home on the Air Jordan 1 silhouette, so here’s a closer look at the pair.
Dressed in neutral tones and dusty pinks, the “Fossil Stone” AJ1 Zoom CMFT combines canvas and suede for a more rugged yet comfy take on the Jordan 1. A “Stone” twill base dresses the toe box, sidewalls and collar, whilst hairy “Fossil” coloured suede dresses the overlays for a contrasting look. Branding hits appear in stark bright white, which can be seen on the Nike Swoosh and Air Jordan Wings insignia, and this pairs perfectly with the creamy hue that takes over the laces and midsole.
Finally, Crater Foam soles add flecks of mint, purple and orange, tones that also decorate the exposed foam collar detailing. The “Fossil Stone” Jordan 1 Zoom Comfort comes rounded off with a black rubber outsole, making the colourway an extremely easy-to-wear, comfy take on the classic sneaker.
The “Fossil Stone” Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT is set to drop before the summer, so be sure to keep it locked for more release info as it comes in, as we’ll be the first to let you know!
