Nike and Tom Sachs Collaborate Once More: The Mars Yard 3.0 is Launching this September

Updated 18th February, 2025: More images of the highly anticipated Mars Yard 3.0 have finally surfaced. In a recent Instagram post, Tom Sachs confirmed that the Tom Sachs x Nike Mars Yard 3.0 ‘Natural’ is set to release this September. Priced at approximately £250, the sneakers will be available through Nike, the SNKRS app, and select retailers worldwide.

Nike has officially announced the rebirth of its partnership with artist Tom Sachs, following a pause in 2023 due to allegations regarding the artist's workplace environment. This hiatus allowed Nike to reevaluate its collaboration with Sachs, particularly in light of concerns about his conduct towards employees.

Alongside the announcement of the continuation of this collaborative partnership, Nike put out the following statement:

With Sachs x Nike's NikeCraft set to continue, rumours have already began to swirl that the highly anticipated Tom Sachs x NikeCraft Mars Yard 3.0 is currently in its final development phase with a release scheduled for 2025.

The Mars Yard series has long been celebrated for its innovative design and aesthetic appeal. Drawing inspiration from Sachs’ fascination with NASA and space, these sneakers add a distinctive flair to streetwear. The Mars Yard 3.0 is expected to uphold this legacy by fusing utilitarian materials with Sachs’ artistic vision.

Although there has been no further news regarding a possible NikeCraft Mars Yard 3.0, Nike's statement confirmed that more details were coming in 2025.
