The 2026 World Cup is rapidly closing in, and the world’s biggest sportswear companies are readying themselves for enormous product rollouts, complete with playing kits and accompanying lifestyle pieces. On the football boot side, we have confirmation that adidas will bring back the formidable ‘Beast Pack’ and deliver a tidy BAPE collaboration. Now, however, the focus shifts to the talk coming out of the Nike camp.
Rumours suggest that Nike will release a two pack of SB Air Max 95s. This is huge news for sneakerheads.
Industry informant @sneakermarketro supplied the intelligence, stating that two pairs have confirmed style codes. The first of these editions is due to wear ‘Sail’, ‘Black’, and ‘Laser Orange’ across its upper. The second comes entirely decked out in ‘Hyper Pink’, ‘Black’, and ‘Light Lemon Twist’. We understand the images currently circulating are just initial renderings, and we await official word from Nike SB to firm up the details.
Dubbed the ‘World Cup Pack’, this footwear is expected to drop alongside a substantial clothing line. Nike plans to launch a special collection of lifestyle goalkeeper jerseys for its premier national teams in 2026. These jerseys are strictly collector's items and not for use on the pitch. They draw design references from the actual on pitch goalkeeper uniforms but present a more assertive, 1990s inspired fashion aesthetic, complete with a noticeable star graphic and lively patterns.
The rumoured launch window for the Nike SB Air Max 95 ‘World Cup Pack’ is the first half of 2026. The associated apparel line should land around March 2026, coinciding with the release of the World Cup away kits.
