Nike Brings Back The Crepe Sole To The Air Max 1 Obsidian/Cobalt

If you are looking for a premium Nike Air Max 1 with Autumnal tones and materials, then look further than this sneaker. Then to top if off, the Swoosh brand have added a rare detail that every sneakerhead loves.

Using a simple dark navy nubuck across the upper, this serves as a base for a sneaker adorned with some of our favourite materials. A soft terry cloth is found on the tongue and Swoosh, dark green cord is used on the toebox and heel and a deep burgundy suede can be seen on the heel counter and aglets.

Even with all of these amazing materials there is still only one thing that stands out. With the added addition of a crepe sole, this feature has not been seen on the Air Max 1 since the early 2000's. Made from coagulated latex sheets, this sole unit is often seen on Clark's Wallabees but it rounds of this sneaker perfectly.
