Last year, Nike brought back the legendary Air Max 97 on it's 20th anniversary, and with this revival, came a bunch of ultra high heat collabs from the likes of Skepta and Virgil Abloh. To many, the AM97 is one of the best sneakers of recent memory, and now, the Swoosh has unveiled a brand new colourway that you'll definitely want to cop.
While the majority of the upper here is composed of a relatively simple combination of red and black, the mudguard itself is anything but minimal, boasting an iridescent silver that reflects different colours of the rainbow depending on how you look at it it. Crafted from a combination of premium materials, a full length Air unit sits down below for endless comfort, and tongue and heel tabs are present for added convenience.
Set to release in the coming months, let us know what you think of this Nike Air Max 97 Ultra down in the comments below! In related news, iridescent detailing also features on the adidas Ultra Boost Mid 'Light Granite'!
