Nike’s Zoom Vomero 5 Rollout Races On With Ultra-Clean "Black" and "White" Colourways

Having announced the return of the Zoom Vomero 5 last year, the style’s rollout is set to continue with two new colourways hitting the shelves. Building on the silhouette’s existing grey and neutral offerings, the Swoosh has taken things back to basics with the reissue of both a “White” and “Black” colourway, bringing a minimalist touch to the techy runner-turned-lifestyle model.

Originally introduced in 2010 as part of the Bill Bowerman series, the Zoom Vomero 5 captured the attention of runners everywhere, however following on from a 2018 collaboration with streetwear brand A Cold Wall*, it was when the style fully made a comeback in 2019 that it became a street-style staple. The style was then retired for a short period of time before being rereleased in 2022, as retro runners looked poised to take over from Dunks and Jordans.

Both of these new pairs come dressed in tonal colour blocking, with the titular colours dressing the mixed-material construction of mesh, leather and TPU, and 3M accents providing the wearer with a visibility boost should you want to hit the ground running in them. Finally, Zoom Vomero branding hits the tongue tabs in contrasting black or white, and Zoom Air cushioned soles work to dial up the comfort factor.
