If you thought June 2022 was big for sneakers, wait until you hear what's in-store for July. While there aren't as many releases scattered throughout the month, sometimes it's about quality rather than quantity. Virgil Abloh has another Off-White collaboration incoming, while Travis Scott is continuing his string of major drops with yet another Nike project. Another colourway is also hitting the infamous Adilette 22 Slide. So that you don't have to look through our entire Release Calendar, we've highlighted the most hyped sneakers set to launch in July 2022 down below!
If you want any of these coveted creps in your summer rotation, then make sure you hit the "Notify me" buttons and you'll be kept up-to-date as soon as more release info comes through. This is best way to secure your size so do it now before it's too late! It's also worth keeping this article saved and bookmarked as we'll be adding new pairs in here weekly!
If there's one slide that has been reigning supreme this summer it has got to be the adidas Adilette 22 Slide "Aluminium". Dipped in a crisp off-white hue, it's crafted from a one-piece EVA foam construction and decked out in a unique topographically-inspired design. Absolutely everyone has been rocking these this summer, well, except Kanye that is.
The AJ1 will always be one of the most iconic sneakers in history, and while there aren't too many hyped collaborations releasing this month, we will be getting the hotly-anticipated Air Jordan 1 High OG "Starfish". Officially unveiled back in May by WNBA's Isabelle Harrison, while there's a high chance that these will be exclusive to female footwear fanatics, we're also hearing news that they'll be available in kids and toddler sizing too.
Following on from the women's exclusive AJ1, we'll also be getting an AJ2 this summer designed by New York-based contemporary artist Nina Chanel Abney with the Nina Chanel Abney x Air Jordan 2 "White". Insanely clean, she has placed a large emphasis in creating an ultra versatile shoe that comes in both High and Low variants, but this is the only one of the two that comes with bold "University Red" accenting.
While the Nike Dunk High "Australia" isn't associated with any special collabs or limited edition projects, that hasn't stopped it from gaining a top spot in this list. A tribute to the Lucky Country, this clean colourway is a nod to the nation’s rich natural landscape. Working on top of a crisp white base, bold green panels wrap around the upper for a beautifully colourblocked look.
When the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 "Green Spark" first leaked earlier this year, it no doubt caught the eyes of sneakerheads everywhere. Dipped in a vibrant "Green Spark" hue, a metallic silver Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side panels, while Virgil's deconstructed touches can be found across the shoe. While this all sounds absolutely perfect, there's a catch. Launching as part of Abloh's first posthumous exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum in New York City, this colourway will most likely be exclusive to attendees or those lucky enough to cop from the exhibit's website.
And last but not least, we have the legendary Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low "Reverse Mocha". Rumours of this coveted colourway first surfaced all the way back in August of last year, but because of the Astroworld Festival tragedy, it was postponed indefinitely. A completely inverted take of Travis' "Dark Mocha" from 2019, this AJ1 Low features an earthy brown suede base while clean white leather panels around the upper. To round it all off, you'll find co-branded detailing embroidered with bold "University Red" stitching.
