Official images of the Melody Ehsani x Air Jordan have now surfaced showcasing a blacked-out colour palette with hits of dark red and the cutest little cherry lace lock, symbolising protection and fertility! After first being teased on the designer's Instagram page, the hotly anticipated sneaker has finally been revealed honouring Women's History Month and the ladies of the WNBA.
This black and red Melody Eshani Jordan couldn't look any sleeker dressed in a black fabric that covers the whole of the upper, accented with a dark red outsole and sock-liner.
Set to drop as a women's exclusive, this shoe is sure to follow in the footsteps of her previous collab with Nike, the ME x Jordan 1 Mid was an instant sell-out and meant more than just a fashion statement to many sneakerheads.
The soft, suede material that covers the upper brings a luxurious feel to this court classic, with 3M piping that lights up in the dark creating wavy design lines across the side panels and heels. Ehsani's 'ME.' logo appears below the iconic Jumpman logo, embroidered in red onto the heels.
The sweetest little cherry lace lock appears at the bottom of the lace unit with gold detailing and Melody's name printed on to the stalks. Contrasting touches of purple appear on the outsole and the insole adding a final touch of colour.
Set to arrive on the 19th March, make sure you stay tuned to The Sole Supplier to find out how you can cop this women's ME x Jordan Black Red!
