Official Images of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 "Noise Aqua" Have Landed

Fresh off the back of the high-profile launch of the “Monarch” pair, Patta and Nike are back at it again with the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Noise Aqua”! The Amsterdam-based sneaker retailer and the Swoosh brand have one hell of a history behind their partnership, as the duo have launched some of the most highly-coveted collaborative pairs over the years. Marking a new chapter in the project, these two Air Max 1s are inspired by “The Wave”.

While for the most part they’re a traditional AM1, the sneakers feature an altered mudguard that offers up a wavy pattern as opposed to the traditional clean lines. Classic colour blocking remains a vital concept here, as seen across some of the previously successful Patta x Nike sneakers from in the past.

The uppers are crafted from a range of fabrics including athletic mesh and supple suede for a premium feel all around, with Nike’s signature Swoosh logo placed on the lateral and medial sidewalls and the again in miniature form on the toebox. Patta and Air Max branding appears on the tongues along with embroidery on the heels and printed insoles. The pair also come complete in a limited edition box with a silver-tone metal anklet.
