Palace x Umbro Link Up Once Again For A Sportswear Masterclass

Celebrating their 100th birthday in May of this year, Umbro are set to have a big year. The British sportswear brand is well known by anyone who grew up watching football thanks to their endless catalog of amazing kits and tracksuits over the years, and this year they're looking to add to that with another Palace Skateboards collaborations.

Being the first ever collaborators with Palace, it's great to see the two brands link up once again to celebrate football heritage. While their first collab took inspiration from Italia 90, this year we're seeing a more contemporary take on the ever growing Blokecore trend. Dropping just in time for the Spring/Summer, take a closer look at the collection below.

The collection features nine key items, all of which give us Y2K sportswear vibes and make us think back to the golden days of the Barclays Premier League. Staying true to their roots, this collab contains a football shirt in three colourways. One seems to be inspired by classic England kits of the past, while the other two definitely show that this is a Palace collab thanks to their bold graphics. A standout for us are the retro inspired jackets and sweatshirts, perfect for the chill of British summer. Simple and refined, they feature the iconic Umbro Double Diamond embroidered on the back alongside some Palace branding.
