Pony Hair Completes Nike's "What The Chinese New Year" Air Max 98

Chinese New Year is on the horizon and Nike is already building anticipation by teasing its annual collection inspired by the festivities.

The brand's recently reintroduced Air Max 98 plays an integral role in 2019's celebratory pack, releasing in two colourways for men and women.

Nike's exciting women's exclusive rendition is decorated in a pretty combination of "Bleached Coral";, "Bright Crimson";, and "Sail";, complete with shimmering iridescent detailing and a textured panel of pony hair.

An adorable touch of shearling also features in the design, appearing on the toe box for a trend-focussed cosy look.

Clashing patterns also create a unique contrast across the upper, with grey and white swirls adorning the tongue and an oriental pink print appearing underneath.

To complete the statement aesthetic, a vibrant pink Swoosh coordinates perfectly with the 98's signature Air unit, creating a continuously bold theme throughout.
