Having collaborated way back when in 2006 for a YO MTV Raps range, Puma has teamed up with MTV again to bring us a collaboration that's celebrating the evolution of music culture, with a healthy dose of video game nostalgia.
The RS-X Tracks will drop in 2 colourways which are decidedly retro. One comes in a teal base with mesh and leather overlays in purple and black, while the other has a white base with smaller sections of contrasting teal and purple. Both sneakers come in a mid top style, with a chunky 80s style wedge midsole and feature the iconic MTV branding on the heel and the tongue. A moulded sockliner will also keep your feet super comfy all day in these.
The official colourways are the RS-X Tracks MTV Gradient Blaze in PUMA White/Sweet Lavender and the RS-X Tracks MTV Gradient Gloom in PUMA Black/Sweet Lavender. The sneakers form part of a capsule collection, which will also include a t-shirt, shorts, tank top and track top.
Set to drop at ASOS, JD, and potentially other retailers on the 14th of March, we don't expect these to hang around for long once available. Keep it locked to The Sole Supplier to cop!
