PUMA's latest release utilises two of the biggest trends in sneaker history, the dad shoe and the sock runner, culminating in the Thunder TZ.
Taking the brand's signature statement shoes to another level, a super stacked midsole is fitted with a sleek knitted upper in this release, which extends towards the ankle to create a futuristic mid-top silhouette.
The hybrid design takes inspiration from both the TZ and the Thunder to create the ultimate street style staple.
Complete with the '90s approved addition of contrasting tones, the Thunder TZ is debuting in two colourways; the metallic embellished White/Blazing Yellow and the pastel highlighted Black/Pale Pink.
Retro branded stripes contribute to the shoe's streamlined upper, while a medial zip closure system replaces traditional laces to add utility.
Finally, a vintage PUMA emblem makes a striking impact at the heel to complete the look, complementing the Thunder's notoriously bulky sole unit.
PUMA's innovative shoe is now available in black at their online store.
Be sure to stay tuned for more release updates regarding the Blazing Yellow version, which is expected to drop soon.
