If you're looking to cop the PUMA RS-X this season then you need to go true to size. In fact, if you want to get any sneaker from the German giant, make sure you go TTS. The toebox on this particular silhouette is a little wider than usual, but if you go a size up or even half a size up they would be way too big.

To be honest I didn't think the RS-X would be comfortable, but I was very wrong. From the outset it looks like a pretty heavy shoe especially because of the highly sculpted upper and abundance of materials, but it's actually pretty lightweight. This, coupled with the iconic Running System IMEVA midsole, and you have a winner.

The RS comes in a bunch of different colourways and styles and I tend to wear mine with more streetwear-focused fits. That means oversized hoodies and cargo pants. Normally I'm not the biggest fan of chunky shoes but this is the exception.

Personally I don't really clean my sneakers as I think the scuffs and scratches give them a lot of character, especially with the "Triple White" pair which is ideal for the sizzling summer months.

There is only one answer to this, and it's true to size. If you size up they're way too big and if you size down they'd be way too small, so do yourself a favour and go TTS.

I'd say in a scale from 1 to 10 the PUMA RS-X scores a solid 8. It's definitely not the most comfortable model in the world, but I could rock them all-day without any problems. The fact that they're so lightweight helps too.

I'm a sporty boy so I tend to go for a sporty fit. T-Shirts and sweats are the best bet for these trainers. I wouldn't go any other way!

From my personal experience rocking the RS-X since 2018, a soft bristled brush and some warm soapy water does the trick. Lightly place it onto the leather and suede upper and brush in a circular motion. Leave them to dry and you're good to go!

I actually went half a size up because another site told me to but that was definitely the wrong decision to make. Go true to size for the PUMA RS-X or you'll have way too much room around the midfoot section and toebox. Trust me.

I would gladly rock the Running System for casual wear, but I would never use them for sports. With that said, that's not what they're made for anyway.
