Raheem Sterling is no stranger to the prospect of a football and fashion collaboration, and now he's set to make his return alongside Clarks Originals. Marking the duo's third collaborative venture, this latest silhouette looks to embrace Sterling's connections to Jamaica.
Having recently just launched his brand SIXTEEN NINETY TWO (a reference to the birth date of Kingston), Raheem has leant his new-found skills to leave his stylistic imprint atop Clarks' Wallabee Boot silhouette. Flaunting a gorp-y style complete with references to Jamaica, this boot embraces the subtleties of design.
Atop a grippy and durable outsole, we see a quilted upper made to mimic a puffer jacket's exterior. Flaunting a navy hue, this upper sits in contrast to the aged tint found on the midsole. An “Est 1962” typography hits the shoe's iconic fob, backed up by the Jamaican coat of arms stamped at the heel counter.
For those interested in Raheem Sterling x Clarks Originals Wallabee Boot, it will be hitting Clarks Originals stores from the 1st of December. Up next, Billie Eilish x Nike Embrace the colour of the season with this Air Alpha Force 88 “Triple Red.”
