A Rare Orchid Inspires adidas' Limited Edition Ultra Boost 2019

adidas recently refreshed their iconic Ultra Boost runner in honour of the new year and the brand's latest rendition is as exclusive as it gets.

Designed for women, this limited edition pair is influenced by an extremely rare flower.

Reflecting the formidable colours exhibited by the Southeast Asian Bat Orchid, the Ultra Boost 2019 features a predominately black upper with subtle pink highlights woven into uniquely crafted Primeknit.

The black petals of the tropical plant adorn adidas' midfoot cage and branded panel on the tongue, while soft rose hues add contrast at the heel.

Under foot, a classic full-length Boost midsole is present in white, promising reinforced cushioning and support for every step.
