It's crazy to think that the first time we saw the Yeezy QNTM "Frozen Blue" was all the way back in May when ASAP Bari flexed a pair on Instagram. Back then it was called the "Kadmiel", but after a little bit of controversy from various religious groups, it was later renamed to something a little more neutral. Set to drop tomorrow on December 23rd at 7am over at adidas UK, this Yeezy is an absolute must this year!
Building on the "Quantum" colourway that was all the rage earlier this year, the "Frozen Blue" features a Primeknit base and is overlaid by a bold blue cage that's inspired by the "Arzareth". In fact, it even glows in the dark like the aforementioned 700 V3, meaning you can flex this pair even in low light conditions.
Neoprene hugs the ankle for added support, and down below, you'll be presented with a sleek and streamlined adidas Boost midsole that seems to be influenced by the 380. To round it all off, a suede panel graces the toebox, adding a touch of premium-ness to the design.
If you're wondering what the difference is between this and the BSKTBL, it's really all in the performance side of things rather than aesthetics. To be specific, an extra TPU layer has been added to the BSKTBL for extra structure, while more padding has been added to the ankle for court use.
Dropping tomorrow on December 23rd at 7am over at adidas UK, the adidas Yeezy BSKTBL "Frozen Blue" should not be missed, so make sure you mark your calendars and set your alarms! Let us know if you'll be adding these to your rotation this season, and while you're here, you might as well get up close with the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Ash Blue"!
