Rihanna Is Bringing Back Fenty x PUMA

Remember 2014? Things were much simpler back then, weren’t they? In a time even before Ye’s first Yeezy, PUMA made waves by signing global superstar Rihanna who proceeded to take over the sneaker scene with PUMA Suede Creepers and fluffy pool slides. Now, nine years on RiRi has proven she’s just as stylish as ever - firstly by rocking Salomon’s at her Super Bowl performance, and now by announcing her return to PUMA by way of a less-than-cryptic Instagram post that appeared on the brand’s account.

The post, which simply read “She’s Back” said everything it needed to say about the mogul’s return, though we’re yet to hear any more details about a release date, timeline or aesthetic direction. Though the star’s forays into fashion have been met with a mixed response (her LVMH-backed label was closed down shortly after it launched) the Fenty PUMA offering had the girls in a chokehold back in the day.
