Following last months news that the Sean Wotherspoon x adidas Superstar "Black" is set for a global release, American creative Sean Wotherspoon is back with a new venture. Partnering with NTWRK, a mobile-first video shopping platform, the duo have created Late Lunch, a playful and chilled out brand with the designs to match.
The name "Late Lunch" comes from a struggle many creatives will be familiar with and pays homage to all those missed meals that occur when a new idea springs to mind. According to Sean himself “Taking a 'Late Lunch' has always been part of my life, whether I’ve been too busy with work, having too much fun, or just enjoying the present moment so much that the idea of eating is secondary”.
The first capsule itself sports several cartoon-like images of dinosaurs, flowers and chunky fonts, some of which are backed up by loud and unapologetic tie-dye prints. In celebration of this first drop, the duo is partnering with various organisations within the LA area to provide meals to low-income families.
