We find this story pretty hard to believe, but it seems pretty legit. Last night, sneaker reseller West Coast Streetwear caught wind of an expired storage unit located in Albany, Oregon. Shelling out $75 to buy the space, what he found was even better than winning the lottery. After opening the unit and having a look around, he quickly spotted six pairs of Nike MAGs, all in deadstock condition.
"I personally didn’t find the unit, I found the guy on OfferUp and I thought it was too good to be true but gave it a shot." he told Complex. "I messaged him and he had three pairs left after selling the three others, so six total were in the unit."
West Coast Streetwear didn't share how much he paid for each one, but he did admit that he already sold a pair on StockX for an eye-watching $10,000. He also took to Twitter to share screenshots of a conversation with the seller.
At this moment in time, we're not entirely sure if this story is 100% legit, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more updates as it develops! In related news, take your first look at the Nike Adapt BB 2.0!
