After its arrival back onto the sneaker circuit at the tail end of 2022, the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 has seen itself quickly become a firm favourite among fans of the retro runner wave. Now, Japanese clothing imprint SOPHNET. is set to launch a co-branded rendition of the sneaker as part of its “Soft Navy Pack” release.
In celebration of SOPH. TOKYO's 24th anniversary, Nike and the label have once again joined forces for another capsule. Having launched the fictional football label FC Real Bristol in the past (before it was cool, might we add,) SOPHNET and Nike are no strangers to each other's works.
From outsoles to insoles, this latest Vomero mock-up sees each of the shoe's distinctive layers dressed in a navy hue. Following the usual Vomero construction, mesh underlays and synthetic overlays work in unison to create a retro-meets-futuristic aesthetic.
To accompany the shoe, SOPHNET. has also tapped apparel label Gloverall for a distinctive Cashmere Wool Duffle Coat. Constructed from Italian wool and cashmere, this coat delivers an elevated take on outerwear staples.
For those looking to get their hands on the SOPHNET. “Soft Navy Pack,” it is expected to launch via the brand's website on the 2nd of November. In other news, take an official look at the TIGHTBOOTH x Nike SB Dunk Low .
