Emily Oberg’s Sporty & Rich label is undoubtedly one of the biggest athleisure success stories of the past few years. Having jumped on the trend way back in 2014, Oberg managed to pioneer a bigger movement as S&R’s trajectory saw it grow from a mood board to a wellness platform and a fully-fledged streetwear brand. But in the interest of self-improvement (something that’s very prevalent in its wellness-themed ethos) Oberg continues to push the boundaries of what Sporty & Rich can become and is set to take the brand to new heights thanks to its collaboration with adidas.

Vintage sporting imagery and country club references have always featured heavily within S&R’s aesthetic, so the decision to link up with the 3-Stripes should come as no surprise. The capsule consists of both clothing and footwear styles, and the focus is very much on giving clean-cut retro staples an elevated touch.
Within the collection we see Oberg rework adidas’ fan-favourite Firebird tracksuit with a new, co-branded half-zip look, with matching track pants and tees providing all the elements needed for the perfect, put-together ‘fit. Sneakers arrive in three styles; a Campus 80s, a Stan Smith and a Samba provide on-trend options that will still manage to stand the test of time. The collection’s colour palette arrives in clean cream, burgundy and green hues that stay true to the Sporty & Rich brand.
The collection is available to shop now, so be sure to head over to adidas CONFIRMED to get your hands on your favourite pieces!
