Stone Island Launches Chapter 1 of Its Shadow Project AW22 Collection

Off the back of its sixth iteration of the Prototype Research_Series, Stone Island has seemingly turned its attention back to its subline, Shadow Project. For chapter one of its AW22 Shadow Project offerings, the Italian sportswear label has produced an array of explorative pieces, with each primed and ready for the great outdoors.

For those unfamiliar with Shadow Project, it's an ongoing subline effort that was first started back in 2008. Often characterised by its black compass logo badge, Shadow Project stands as a firm favourite amongst die-hard Stone Island fans.

This latest rendition sees the brand exhibit a vast collection of pieces, including mac coats, overshirts, gilets, sweatshirts, puffer jackets, pants and much more. As usual with Stone Island collections, this line features an array of technical production techniques. For instance, parkas showcase a glass-like aesthetic due to their cotton poplin with corrodible dye construction, offering a unique take on outerwear.
