Puma has teamed up with music industry powerhouse Lola Plaku to release the NOVA GRL PWR in 2 colourways – Peach Bud/Pearl Blush and Puma Black/Surf The Web.
While you might not know Lola by face, she's probably worked with some of your favourite musicians. The Canadian has played a core role in the management of French Montana, while helping to elevate the visibility of fellow Canadian artists such as Drake and The Weeknd. Now, the founder of Lola Media Group has teamed up with Puma to bring us a fresh 90s-inspired silhouette for 2019.
Coming in a tonal peach and a striking multicolour black, the Puma NOVA GRL PWR is a bold statement shoe for fearless women.
The subtle tones of the pink offer a pared back look. Its perforated mesh and leather upper comes in a variety of pastel shades to bring a cool feminine twist. The silhouette is topped off with peach laces and a weaved Puma tongue tab, which is adorned with the GRL PWR branding and the puma logo to the heel counter. This sits atop a chunky white midsole which also has a streak of pink running through an even thicker back portion.
For the darker edition, light pink, royal blue, lime green and a hint of orange adorn the sidewalls, sitting atop a black upper for a bold, standout effect. Underfoot, there's a white midsole, again with a streak of pink running through the heel section. Both versions have a sculpted IMEVA rubber outsole for comfort and traction.
The chunky sole unit combined with the bold hues makes for something special. Let the unique colourways do the talking and wear with muted block tones for maximum standout effect.
The Puma Nova GRL PWR is set for release on the 18th of January. Stay tuned to The Sole Supplier to be notified when they're released so you can get your hands on a pair through our stockists!
