Legendary artist Takashi Murakami is no strange to collaborations, especially with Virgil Abloh's Off-White brand. Now, Murakami has turned to Japan's accessory masters, Porter, for a partnership that will definitely turn heads for years to come.
Instead of a mere bag, Murakami has fused the Japanese brand's signature bags and sturdy holsters with a pair of chunky-soled sneakers. Adorned with a slew of Porter tags, straps, D-rings, and 3D pouches, the asymmetrical sneakers are executed in their signature green hue, and is accented by the familiar orange often utilised to line the bags. Murakami's flowers and “TM/KK” branding appear on the outsole, midsole. and tongue of the right sneaker, emphasising the collaborative nature of the wild silhouette.
