Take A Closer Look At The adidas SHARKS

Yeezy stock is bigger than ever, Ultra Boosts aren't nearly as popular as they were and let's not get started on NMDs! Is it time for a brand-new adidas silhouette?!

If you're craving something new, the adidas SHARKS could be something to get hyped about. Before you get too excited though, this remains a concept with no actual confirmation of a release.

Designed for adidas by artist Nikanor Yarmin, this premium silhouette would surely over shadow all other chunky footwear? An ultra premium use of materials feature and yes, this concept does come loaded with Boost in the midsole.

Nikanor explains the inspiration for this aquatic-inspired creation: "SHARKS are the sneakers inspired by Adidas classical running retro models. The main idea of the project reflects survival principle of sharks – Living only while moving.";

Many of the style cues pay homage to predator of the sea with three stripes across the sidewall which resemble gills. A wavy midsole is another nod to the ocean whist a ruby red inner lining represents the red of a shark's gums.
