Take a Closer Look at the Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Black"

Rumours of an upcoming Stüssy x Nike collab first surfaced a while back, with images of the Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 Mid “White Black” hitting the net. Now, it looks like we could be inching ever closer to a release date, with two more pairs on the way as well. Following on from the recently revealed “Fossil” pair, the silhouette has also surfaced in a stealthier shade, by way of the Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Black.”

Joining the long line of 40th anniversary AF1 pairs set to drop this year, the “Black” Stüssy x Nike AF1 Mid sees the silhouette come styled with smooth black leather uppers, as well as premium patent snakeskin-style detailing on the Nike Swoosh. Stüssy branding then appears in the form of embroidered ankle straps, a co-branded tongue tab and a jewelled silver detail at the rear.

The “Black” Stüssy AF1 Mid also sees the silhouette’s signature toe box perforations get a makeover, appearing in the shape of the streetwear brand’s famed double “S” logo instead. The Stüssy Air Force 1 “Black” comes finished with crisp white midsoles, whilst black “AIR” branding and outsoles complete the colourway.

As with the other colourways, there’s no word on a release date for the “Black” Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 right now, but they’re expected to drop sometime this spring.
