Take a Look at the Mark Gonzales x adidas Skateboarding Superstar ADV "Black"

Legendary skateboarder Mark Gonzales first teamed up with adidas Skateboarding last year, launching his take on the legendary Superstar model featuring his iconic “Shmoo” artwork that’s been seen across plenty of projects in the streetwear world over the years. The silhouette is back once again and this time it’s decked out in a seasonally-appropriate “black” colourway.

The pair are crafted from premium leather throughout for a hardwearing and luxury construction, showcasing the timeless design of the original Superstar. Embossed trefoil logos are located at the tongues along with perforated three stripe branding that keeps things subtle, letting the stitched “Shmoo” logos do all the talking.

The multi-colour patches are placed conveniently in different locations across the sneakers, adding a playful touch to the otherwise stealthy look. The pair are finished off with the signature Superstar shell toes, while flat black laces keep these firmly secured on feet. Additional padding is provided to ensure these are ready for impact, along with plenty of cushioning concealed within the black midsole.
