Take an Official Look at the Jean Paul Gaultier x sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle Collection

If luxury collaborations are your thing then you’re going to be jumping with joy about this one, the Jean Paul Gaultier x sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle is set to officially release soon! Three way partnerships seem to be very on trend as of late however we’re not complaining, as it’s leading to some absolutely epic pairs. Showcasing a new take on the legendary Vaporwaffle silhouette that many already know and love, it seems this time around the label’s are offering up a high-top take on the pair.

Two differing colourway are lined up for launch, with the first decked out in a monochromatic black and white option, and the second taking on a summery “Blue/Sesame” combination. Whether you’ve got a solid sacai collection already or if you’re hoping this might be your first cop, it’s certainly a great one to add to the collection!

The uppers are crafted from a variety of different fabrics including suede, leather and synthetics for a textured look, with double Nike Swoosh logos placed on both the lateral and medial sides. Other details include chunky stitching that’s reminiscent of the Nike Air Woven, dual-branding at the tongue and heels and Jean Paul Gaultier spellout logos printed onto the insoles. This is all stacked neatly on top of the iconic double-stacked sole unit.
