It’s been another busy week for everyone here at The Sole Supplier, as preparations for the eagerly-anticipated Nike SNKRS Day begin! Alongside various hyped drops and a few surprise restocks, we found the time to ask our loyal and active Facebook community to submit their top footwear shots from the past week.
There were plenty of submissions featuring a whole range of different labels and silhouettes and while it wasn’t easy we managed to whittle it down to ten of our favourites, so without further ado read on to find out if you made the cut!
While the Yeezy QNTM “Barium” saw a global release last month, the OG rendition of the high-top silhouette is still a myth to most of us. Luckily for @choowyk86 it seems that he managed to get his hands on a pair, and they look incredible in this shot!
The Jordan 1 Royal Toe was arguably one of the most popular Jordan releases this year, and it’s not hard to see why. Regular contributor to the community @peter_coyne submitted this clean shot and it would’ve been foolish to leave it out of the list!
The Nike Adapt Auto Max launched earlier on this year as the latest addition to Nike’s family of self-lacing sneakers and it’s been a huge success ever since. This creative shot from @the_hype_mann pays homage to the original Nike Mags from Back to the Future 2 via the unique DeLorean vehicle from the movie series.
Another Jordan 1 makes the list this week and this time around it’s the legendary Jordan 1 “Bred”. Community member @wizard.on.the.lens makes these look fresher than ever, we reckon these need a re-release soon!
Many sneakerheads reckon that these are the strongest Air Max 1 to launch this year, what do you think? Shown off by @sneakerseekerh, the Nike Air Max 1 London’s look better than ever here, we love a city-inspired sneaker!
Legendary Japanese retailer Mita Sneakers has teamed up with fellow Japanese footwear label ASICS on plenty of occasions now and the result is always strong. Clearly, @tekkies_n_sneakers is a fan of these collaborative efforts, with both pairs looking exceptionally clean here!
While it’s not as hyped as it’s “LA to Chicago” counterpart, the Nike SB Jordan 1 “NYC to Paris” is still a serious sneaker and dare we say it, maybe even better than the other half of the pack! Thankfully @nrbu agrees with us and dons them in this great on-foot shot.
The Nike Air Max 97/1 Sean Wotherspoon is a sneaker that just gets better everytime you look at it, with this shot from @kickframes reinforcing our statement even more. The vibrant hybrid pair are ideal for summer wear and will only become rarer as time goes on.
The launch of the Air Jordan 4 Off-White “Sail” last week was a huge occasion for the sneakerhead community, and rumour has it Virgil Abloh’s highly-coveted brand will also release a version of the AJ4 “Bred” later on this year. It looks like @cjthesj will be looking to complete the collection judging by this shot!
It’s been a strong month for the Nike Air Max 1 and here at The Sole Supplier we’re more than glad to see the model making a resurgence! The iconic “Curry” colorway is shown off on-foot here by @mladisniiz, and we’re loving them more than ever!
That rounds off the selections for this week, and what an impressive week it's been! If you're reading this and wondering how you can get involved, it's as simple as joining our huge Facebook community now and waiting for the weekly engagement post to drop! We'll be back next week with another round-up of your best shots, take it easy TSS community!
