The A-COLD-WALL x Converse Collection Finally Launches Next Week!

After we first reported on the capsule almost a year ago now, it seems that the highly-anticipated A-COLD-WALL x Converse collection will finally see a global release next week! High-fashion fans and sneakerheads alike have been itching to get their hands on these reworked Converse styles since they were first seen on the runway and it’s not hard to see why!

Both the Chuck Taylor and the ERX-260 are given the ACW treatment by Samuel Ross, and it’s safe to say that neither silhouette disappoints. Both pairs ooze the brand’s signature razor-sharp luxury streetwear look, with premium details present throughout.

First up, the Chuck Taylor is dressed in a soft grey shade with uppers crafted from technical ripstop for a utilitarian feel. The rubber sole is beefed up to conceal parts of the upper, forming a boot-like construction that lends a new lease of life to the retro silhouette. Converse’s signature star logo is still present on the medial side, with ACW’s initial logo embossed onto the lateral.

The lesser-seen Converse ERX-260 is also given the contemporary treatment, opting for a more premium contemporary vibe this time around. The pair are crafted from both leather and buttery-soft suede, with notable features including a perforated toe box and Velcro ankle strap. This all sits on top of an ice-blue outsole.
