The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 3 was, hands down, one of this year's best collaborations. Celebrating female empowerment, the sneaker pretty much sold out in seconds when it dropped back in May. Now, it looks like Jordan Brand is set to replicate this winning formula with the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 1 High, and we think it's fit for sneaker royalty.
First leaked in the middle of summer, this is one of the most premium Air Jordan 1s ever made. Featuring an off-white suede upper that's oh-so clean, it's contrasted by dark maroon leather touches around the ankle and Nike Swoosh branding. This is done up with croc-inspired detailing for an even more luxurious vibe. Complementary laces tie everything together, and these are finished off with a set of metallic silver aglets that add to the regal aesthetic.
Co-branded detailing can be found on the outside of the tongue, while the ankle flaps are printed with "Learning's a gift, even when pain's your teacher" complete with Michael Jordan's signature just below it. If you thought that was all, when you take a look at the custom insoles you'll find another neat nod to his Airness himself.
The A Ma Maniere x Nike Air Jordan 1 High "Maroon" will come packaged in a special edition shoebox and will probably release at the end of 2021. If you want to cop, make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for your best chance to get a W, and while you're here, you might as well get up close with the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Brotherhood"!
