The Air Jordan 1 has long since been one of the most iconic sneakers in the game, and very few have ever attempted to totally change the design of the silhouette, as it’s pretty damn close to perfect in sneakerhead terms. However, the upcoming Air Jordan 1 High OG SP Utility offers up a reinvented look that will almost certainly turn a few heads on the street.
The classic model is decked out in a shiny black nylon look and showcases utilitarian stylings that include the addition of an array of pockets that add a lot of extra bulk to the design. Stash pockets are featured on both the lateral and medial sides where traditional Swooshes would usually be located, while even larger detachable pockets are located on the heels, complete with zip pockets.
Other notable features include vibrant orange pull tabs, classic branding in the form of Swooshes and wings logos and silver-tone metal eyelets. This all sits on top of an aged-white midsole that completes the look and also conceals enough cushioning to make these comfortable everyday kicks.
If you’re liking the look of these crazy Air Jordan 1s, the good news is that they’re set to release later on this year, so make sure to keep it locked in here for more as soon as we have it.
