After a whole year of waiting, the hotly anticipated Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Bordeaux" is finally here. First leaked all the way back in November 2020 when the world was still shrouded under a cloud of uncertainty, this was one of the sneakers that kept us going. If you've been waiting a whole twelve months for these like we have, you'll be pleased to hear that they're finally launching next week on November 20th!
Bearing a striking resemblance to the CO.JP "Midnight Navy" that re-released last year, the "Bordeaux" boasts a premium construction that combines various leather textures for a luxurious look and feel. Working on top of a crisp white base, burgundy panels wrap around the toebox, heel, and lacing system, while a metallic silver Nike Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side panels.
A glossy winged basketball badge adorns the ankle of the Air Jordan 1, and underneath it all you'll find an all-white Air midsole that ties everything perfectly together. While the Beaverton brand could've left the outsole white as well and called it a day, they've dipped it in a complementary rouge hue that completes this special edition AJ1.
Set to launch on November 20th, the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Bordeaux" is a must-have for every sneakerhead. Make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for your best chance to cop, and in related news, the Air Jordan 1 High '85 "Georgetown" is here after almost 40 years of waiting!
