Following the release of the Dunk Low "Georgetown", it looks like Nike will finally be releasing the long-awaited Air Jordan 1 High '85 "Georgetown" - and when we say long-awaited, we mean loooong-awaited. In fact, if you're an AJ1 fan you'd probably remember the "Georgetown Hoyas" sample that first leaked all the way back in 1985. This is that, but in its final form.
The spiritual successor to the Dunk "Be True To Your School" Pack but in the form of the Air Jordan 1, the "Georgetown" works on top of a "Tech Grey" leather base while "College Navy" panels make their way around the ankle, heel, toebox, and lacing system. A complementary Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side panels, while a "Summit White" nylon tongue adds a subtle pop of contrast to the shoe, just like the OG from '85.
Expected to drop sometime in February 2022, just 37 years after we got our first look ever, the Nike Air Jordan 1 High 1985 "College Navy" is an absolute must-have for Jordan fans everywhere. Make sure you keep it locked for more release info as it develops, and in related news, detailed images of the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Rebellionaire" have just surfaced!
