Last retro’d back in 2013, it seems that the Air Jordan 3 Retro “Fire Red” is set to make a return in 2022. The classic colourway is adored by Jordan fans around the world and sits perfectly on Tinker Hatfield’s AJ3 silhouette, which was first introduced to the market back in 1988. The “Fire Red” was indeed an OG colourway, launched alongside the “White Cement”, “Black Cement” and “True Blue” variations to great success.
So far the AJ3 “Fire Red” has only been re-released twice previously, in 2007 and 2013, although both of these versions featured the less-popular Jumpman logo at the heel, as opposed to the Nike Air branding that featured on the OG. Fingers crossed the 2022 version comes in clutch with the original branding!
