When it comes to the AJ3, you'd be hard pressed to find a colourway as iconic as the Air Jordan 3 "Seoul". Released in extremely limited numbers back in 2018, it was made to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Air Jordan 3 as well as the 1988 Olympics which was held in the South Korean metropolis. Now, two years later, it looks like it's set to make a comeback!
Featuring an ultra premium pebbled leather construction, the "Seoul" is done up in the colours of the South Korean flag. Painted predominantly in white, accents of red and blue arrive along the ankle, complemented perfectly by the Taegeukgi that's finely embroidered along the tongue. Elephant print panelling arrives at the toe box and heel, while a Nike Air midsole sits down below for an insane amount of comfort both on and off the court.
What's so special about this particular Air Jordan 3 is the hangul that's scrawled throughout the interior of the shoe. "Seoul" is written on the inside of the left tongue, while the 1988 summer games motto "Harmony and Progress" features on the right one. Rounding it all off is the original "Nike Air" heel badge, nodding to the OG.
According to our sources, the Nike Air Jordan 3 "Seoul" will be making a comeback on October 5th, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more release info as it develops! Let us know if you'll be adding these to your collection this time around, and in related news, the Nike SB Dunk Low "Vietnam 25th Anniversary" celebrates a milestone!
