Even though the AJ4's big anniversary was last year, that's not stopping Nike from dropping more high heat colourways such as the brand new Air Jordan 4 "Rasta". Unveiled by sneaker insider @hanzuying, let's take our first look yet!
While this hasn't been officially confirmed, the "Rasta" could take some of its inspiration from Do The Right Thing - the cultural phenomenon that was directed by Spike Lee back in 1989.
It could also be a reference to the Jamaican Carnival that was meant to take place in April but was delayed until October due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak. Whatever its influence is, it utilises the signature Rastafarian colours, including red, yellow, and green, all contrasting against a clean white base. Mesh panels make their way to the lateral and medial sides, while a grey speckled Air midsole finalises the unique look.

Pretty much nothing else is known about the Nike Air Jordan 4 "Rasta", but according to rumours they should be dropping in April 16th as a women's exclusive, though this could be subject to change just like these Air Jordans that have all been delayed due to the coronavirus. Let us know if you'll be adding a pair to your collection, and while you're here, take an on-foot look at the Off-White x Air Jordan 4 "White"!
