The Swoosh team and Jordan Brand have been working together at full force since the beginning of this year to bring forth the hottest releases that'll elevate our collection. After the power duo announced their Fall 2021 lineup this year – helmed by a selection of much-anticipated Jordan 1 High colourways such as the Air Jordan 1 "Seafoam", "Pollen", and "Electro Orange" – the sneaker community is now being treated to a new lifestyle model that fuses three iconic Air Jordan silhouettes. We've got a closer look at the all-new Air Jordan Point Lane "Infrared" right here so read on as we take a closer look!
As mentioned, the Jordan Point Lane is a mash-up of three fan-favourite Jordan models to commemorate the address 2700 Point Lane, Michael Jordan's residence for over 20 years in Illinois.
The construction draws in a durable nylon base and tongue strip overlay from the Air Jordan 11, a Nike Air branded heel tab from the Air Jordan 3, and most especially, a nubuck finish across the uppers and highly structured Air midsole adopted from the Air Jordan 6. As far as colour blocking goes, it opts for an "Infrared" makeover – one of the OG colourways from Jordan's 1991 season – sporting predominantly a blacked-out palette accompanied by bold red accents on distinct areas and an icy blue translucent rubber outsole housing a large visible Air unit above.
