The ASICS Gel Nimbus 10.1 has been launched in a subtle grey colourway, in collaboration with the Japanese brand MIN-NANO. This debut pair boasts a clean, minimalist style, ideal for the Autumn/Winter season.
MIN-NANO, originally a cherished local skate shop, has grown into a global name with past collaborations with FILA and Vans. For their most notable partnership yet, they’ve teamed up with ASICS, another iconic Japanese brand. The ASICS x MIN-NANO Gel Nimbus 10.1 marks the first collaboration between these two pillars of Japanese fashion.
The sneaker design features a breathable white mesh base accented by grey overlays and creamy tones, offering a versatile look. Reflective 3M details add a subtle shimmer, enhancing the shoes' visual appeal. Crafted with precision, the design reflects ASICS and MIN-NANO's dedication to detail, with features like reinforced panelling and a signature GEL cushioned midsole for lasting comfort and durability.
MIN-NANO founder Goro Nakatsugawa shared his insights on the design via the brand’s blog. He explained that there was no overarching theme or narrative; instead, as a long time ASICS fan, he aimed for simplicity, creating a "less sporty" shoe that resonates with modern sensibilities through its neutral grey and off white palette.
The ASICS x MIN-NANO Gel Nimbus 10.1 is now available through global ASICS channels for £195, although most sizes are nearly sold out on their main site. Fortunately, END. is offering a raffle, giving you a chance to purchase these sneakers at retail in all sizes.
