The Awake NY x Reebok "Snakeskin" Pack Receives a Luxe Makeover

Following the release of their first-ever collaboration last year, NYC-based streetwear label Awake NY, led by former Supreme creative director Angelo Baque, join forces once again with Reebok to bring forth the Boston sportswear giant's timeless Classic Leather and Club C silhouette in an all-new luxe makeover. The much anticipated Awake NY x Reebok "Snakeskin" pack indulges in soft cream hues though somewhat elevated with eccentric details and co-branding motifs throughout.

Unlike the bold colorways that we saw on the previous Workout Lo and Instapump Fury in 2020, Angelo's take on the forthcoming Awake NY x Reebok sneakers draws inspiration from his love for New York City's ever-changing cultural landscape while also blending the aesthetic of London's younger generation.

Both pairs are dressed in off-white butter-smooth leather overlays delivering the shoes a premium vintage feel. From a distance, they may look sleek and simple, but upon closer inspection, you'll find that there's more than meets the eye. Reebok's iconic 1983 Classic Leather running shoe and street-ready Club C 85 trainers flaunt tonal snakeskin textiles across the side panels. Altogether complete with contrasting blue tones that adorns Reebok's logo window beneath the eyestays, Awake-branded lace tips, tongue, insoles, and heel.
