The Bodega x New Balance 990v3 "Brown Beige" Celebrates the Retailer's 15th Anniversary

Renowned for its endless stream of collaborations throughout the years with the likes of almost every footwear label out, Boston-based sneaker boutique Bodega is now back and has a high-heat pair scheduled for a release very soon to commemorate its 15th anniversary. Joining forces once again with its long-term partner New Balance, the American retailer surprised the masses via its Instagram account with a stunning photo of the Bodega x New Balance 990v3 "Brown Beige".

If you didn't already know, the New Balance 990v3 have been discontinued a few years ago so there are no doubts that avid New Balance shoe collectors are extremely hyped up for this collaborative release. That being said, the teased photo captioned "here to stay" could also very well be a hint that it's set to return to the market and stand alongside the brand's best-selling retro-inspired silhouettes such as the New Balance 550 and New Balance 2002R.

Taking a closer look at the kicks show that the ensemble is set to be crafted from a blend of plush suede, breathable mesh, and premium leather, all of which have become synonymous across all trainers from New Balance's iconic 99x series. The panels indulge in luscious tones of chocolate brown and beige, joined with hits of silver and teal elsewhere, notably the sidewall's italicised N logo and collar lining. The coveted collaboration is cemented with a dual-midsole engineered with the Boston sportswear giant's signature ABZORB and ENCAP cushioning technology for comfort that you'll seek day after day.
