When it comes to collaborations, it's so easy for brands to just switch up the colourway and call it a day. Cactus Plant Flea Market have never been one to do that. Over the past few years, the Cynthia Lo-helmed streetwear label have dropped some of the most unique collabs in the game. From their Air Force 1 to the Air VaporMax 2019, the brand is now channeling the same energy into the CPFM x Nike Dunk Low - and here's everything that we know so far!
How do we begin describing this Dunk Low? Well, starting with the upper, it's been given a beige triangular quilted finish that's one-of-a-kind. This is flanked by moss green suede panels that wrap around the heel and toebox, as well as rugged eyestays that are tied together with chunky brown rope laces.
One side of each shoe is void of any branding, while the other side is decorated with an oversized Nike Swoosh that shoots across in a dramatic fashion. You'll also find a yin and yang symbol finely embroidered on the heel.
Co-branded detailing decorates the tongues, while mismatched sockliners add even more depth to the design. To round it all off, the midsoles look like they've been dunked in dark green cement paste, giving them an industrial look that is sure to turn heads wherever you go.
Not much else is known about the CPFM x Nike Dunk Low at this moment in time, but if it's anything like their previous drops, don't be too surprised if these launch exclusively in the US. Let us know what you think of this collab's one-of-a-kind look, and in related news, Future x Cactus Plant Flea Market recently dropped a second merch capsule for 'I Never Liked You'!
