The CLOT x Air Jordan 14 Low "Terracotta" Goes Back to Its Roots
Edison Chen and Kevin Poon are certainly no stranger when it comes to Air Jordan collaboration, but the CLOT x Air Jordan 14 Low "Terracotta" may just be one of their best ones to date. First teased at the end of last year, the hotly anticipated partnership goes back to their traditional Chinese roots.
The spiritual successor to 2018's Air Jordan 13, the "Terracotta" is inspired by the Terracotta Army that was created all the way back in 210 BCE as a form of funerary art buried with the emperor of China. With premium suede panelling and subtle stitching that's made to look like ceramic clay, soft orange accents can be found throughout for a subtle yet striking pop of contrast. Jumpman branding arrives along the toebox, tongue, and insole, while the classic Ferrari-inspired badges have been kept nice and minimal.
Of course, you can't talk about this Air Jordan 14 Low without mentioning the traditional Chinese knot that adorns the heel. Attached to a coin that represented prosperity and happiness, this collab brings with it good vibes only.
Expected to launch on February 8th just four days before Chinese New Year, the CLOT x Nike Air Jordan 14 Low "Terracotta" should not be missed, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for your best chance to cop!
