The Dior x Air Jordan 1 Will Drop Exclusively Online

After what seems like years since we first saw leaked images of the highly anticipated shoes, the Dior Air Jordan 1’s, or Air Diors as they are now known as, have finally been graced with an official release date. Dior’s official website now states that the sneakers will be released exclusively online on the 8th July.

This is huge news for the sneaker community, as many believed that the high-heat luxury sneakers would be receiving and in-store release! Alongside the news, Dior also previewed a series of images showcasing the highly-complex and detailed production process for the pairs, and it’s safe to say that we’re impressed!

Each pair looks set to be expertly hand-crafted for a serious luxury result, although we don’t doubt that this will be reflected in the price point, which is currently rumoured to be around the £1700 mark. Alongside high and low-top variants of the Air Dior, a full apparel collection is also set to launch on the 8th of July, which will however be receiving an in-store release!

According to Dior’s website, the Air Dior apparel collection will be launching at various locations including the Dior concession in London’s Selfridges, as well as Dior’s flagship London store on New Bond Street. Dior Men flagships in both Paris and Dubai will also be receiving the apparel, with this shaping up to be an ultra-limited capsule.
